And readies an MTV reality special
Crooked X Signs to EMI
Crooked X have set a January 13 street date for their self-titled EMI debut. The full-length comes a couple months after their digital-only EP, Til We Bleed. In other Crooked X news, the quartet's reality special, Start a Band, Rock the World, will air on MTV the same day as the band's LP release. The group, whose members are all just 14 years old, will also release a series of cuts in Rock Band expansion packs over the next few months."Some of our songs, like our first single, 'Rock n Roll Dream,' have catchy choruses that everyone loves to sing along," explains singer Forrest French. "Then we have songs like 'Gone' with lyrics that are deep and come from our souls and personal experiences. Music is my life!"
