Rates from $2.49 - Artist Direct offers USPS Media Mail, US Domestic Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2nd Day. UPS and FedEx orders cannot ship to a P.O. Box. US Domestic Mail is typically a 4 to 10 day service.

To guarantee same day shipping, UPS and FedEx orders must be received before noon Monday through Friday. UPS and FedEx orders are delivered on normal business days. UPS Next Day and FedEx Priority or Standard Overnight orders placed before noon will be received the next business day. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available with UPS and FedEx.

  • Orders are shipped US Domestic Mail unless another option is selected.
  • For military addresses you will need to enter APO or FPO in the City field and select the appropriate state code of "AE", "AA", or "AP". The country will still be United States. Only US Domestic Mail is available to Military addresses.
  • Media Mail is less expensive than US Domestic Mail. Delivery times are typically 5-14 days.
  • Media Mail cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands due to the excessive time in transit required, as packages travel by boat.
  • Media Mail is not available when products contain extras which are not proper Media, as restricted by the US Postal Service.
  • Delivery Confirmation service is not available for APO/FPO destinations and US territories and possessions (except Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands where service is available).
International

Rates from $4.99 - International orders are shipped using DHL World Mail and UPS Worldwide Express.

  • DHL World Mail is an extremely reliable and efficient service. However, this service may not be tracked. No "in progress" information is available. If you require tracking of packages, please select UPS for your shipping method.
  • Consumers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by country of delivery. If a package is refused for delivery, no refund shall be issued for product or shipping. Artist Direct will request that all products be destroyed in lieu of its return.
  • Consumers shall not receive refunds if their respective countries ban products ordered. Such banned products will be destroyed in lieu of return to Artist Direct
  • Bill-To and Ship-To information must match for international orders.
Return Policy

Your satisfaction guaranteed!
  • If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 30 days and follow the instructions below.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened we will be happy to return it for you. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment. No COD returns will be accepted.
  • A return must be approved by Customer Service. Once validated, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued. At that time, simply return the item for credit. All returns must display the Return Authorization number on the outside of each box, along with the customer's return address. Returns received at our facility without an authorization will be refused on delivery.
Important Information
  • Special order and open product are non-returnable.
  • Prior to returning product, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be unopened, and in re-salable condition. We recommend using the original packaging for shipment.
  • Shipments must be received pre-paid at our returns facility. Any COD shipments will not be accepted.

Contact Customer Service
  • You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. The best way to contact us is to reply to your Order Confirmation email. Or, you may contact us at 1-877-527-8478- toll free in the U.S. - or 1-954-255-4800 from outside the U.S. - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Eastern US Time.

Pack and Send
  • Fill out the return label (provided on the back of your invoice), including your RA#. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA#.
  • Enclose merchandise and this completed form in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).
  • Enclose the original packing slip / invoice in the package. Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:
