- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may submit your credit card information online via Artist Direct secure mode.
Notes:
- Checks and money orders are not accepted.
- All prices are in US dollars.
Backorders
- Backorders are items that we normally carry, but are currently out-of-stock. We try and fill backorders as quickly as possible. They could be filled within a day or two, or it may take longer. It depends on the vendor and the availability of the products. We'll keep backorders open up to one month.
Special Orders
- Special orders are items that we do not normally stock. We will work to obtain your product as soon as possible. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for the product to arrive in our warehouse.
Pre-Orders
- These are new releases items that are available in our database prior to the street date. Dates are subject to change.

- These are items in our database that are currently unavailable. Although we are not able to fill orders for unavailable product, displaying these titles provides information. Sometimes items may become available, check back later to see if the item has become available.
